This year's AGM will be held on Thursday May 30th, 2024, at 6:30pm. The location will be the upstairs auditorium at West Ferris Arena.
The following positions will be up for election:

House Convenor
Secretary
Treasurer
Nominations for Board Positions must be sent to both pastpresident@nbgha.com and secretary@nbgha.com by May 16th, 2024.
The person being elected must be present at the AGM.
Any motions, By-law, Policy and Procedure or Constitutional Amendments must be sent in writing to our Secretary (secretary@nbgha.com) 14 days in advance of the AGM
2024 AGM Agenda will be distributed via RAMP 7 days before the AGM for members to review.
